WORST SERVICE PROVIDERS
HI
DIS IS HARIKRISHNA FROM HYDERABAD ONE OF THE RELIANCE BIG TV SUBSCRIBERS. MY SMART CARD NO IS 200698558695. IT HAS SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEM [ERROR 2OO] STARTED IN THE MORNING HOURS ON 30TH DEC 2011. I CALLED FOR THE 8 TIMES TO THE CUSTOMER CARE. THEY ARE JUST UNABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM WHY I DONT KNOW. THEY JUST TELLING ME TO KEEP TV ON CHANNEL NUM 100 WHITHIN 15 MINS IT WILL BE STARTED. I KEPT 8 TIMES LIKE THAT. BUT STILL IT IS NOT WORKING & SHOWING SAME ERROR. VERY POOR SERVICE. |
