                 <description>Dear Sir, My Airtel Dish was damaged by monkeys in the month of Jan 2012. I called Airtel Service people and one Mr Naveen Ph no 9953737776 visited and told me the bracket has cracked and have to be replaced and promised to come back with the required bracket. He collected Rs100. being the amt of service charges but never returned. I called him many times but he never returned. After waiting for him about two weeks I reported the matter to Airtel customer care at ph no: 12150 and got a complaint registered. They told me that I have to pay Rs.475. towards the broken dish and after that I recd a call from one Mr. Ditesh who asked me that it will cost Rs650.00 + Rs200.00 being amount of Engg fee. When I again asked the Airtel customer care they told me to file a complaint the complaint was registered under their ref: 16010572 butno one ever visited or bothered to call back.After waiting for few days again I called Airtel and complaint was lodged under ref: 16096976 dd 9 feb 12. 3rd time my complaint was lodged under ref 16115507, the next complaint no is: 16133278 but even after more then one and half month no one has bothered to repair the dish. My mistake is that I have paid advance one year rental to air tel and out of this one and half month have passed sine dish was broken. Dispite my many phone calls and complaints to Customer care no body bothers. The only way left for me is to pay what ever the service people demand as few months back I had paid Rs.450 for getting the dish repaired and I was given a receipt for Rs.100 only against a payment of Rs.450. I request you to plse advise me how to get back the balance advance rental from airtel as already one and half month means aproximately Rs.450 have gone wasted and despite my many service requests no ane at airtel have bothered. </description>

The fault recovered by your mechanic was that the Tata Sky had provided deficient connection by providing joints in the connection and due to the joints in the Cable wire the problem occur.  As the cable wire provided to the connection has joints so the problem will naturally come of f and on and the company who is duty bound to provide trouble free service to the consumer has charged towards Work Order # 1-13014447598 completed on 30/01/2012 for Rs 200/= which has been charged due to Faulty Cable Wire provided to the consumer by the company with joints. The Company is liable to provide Compensation for regular disruption in the connection due to your Deficiency in Service.  DETAILS  1. The consumer seeks the refund of Rs 200/= charged by Tata Sky due to defective Cable wire provided to the consumer with joints and provide compensation of Rs 50,000/= for Deficiency in Service.   2. The company charged Rs 200/- unilaterally though the consumer has not been intimated before levying charges and consumer had pointed out in his E-mails sent to the company regarding defective service due to off and on signals.   3. When all the technical problems have already discussed by your customer care executive and the fault of Tata Sky has been proved then why the consumer has been levied Rs 200/= charges on unilateral basis.   4. That why not the company provided the details before execution of work regarding charges to be levied if the Tata Sky’s Service will be at fault due to joints in the Tata Sky Cable wire.   5. During the mutual discussions with the Tata Sky executives all the details about the deficient service has been discussed and the Service Engineer who visited our house has confirmed that the connection was working at that time. What it means whether it is consumer’s fault that the Cable Wire with joints has been provided to him and so the company is charging from him due to their fault.   6. In spite of the defective and cable wire with joints have been provided to the consumer the company who is duty bound to provide trouble free service to consumer harass the consumer by charging and not providing compensation for the period in which the connection has been disrupted alongwith mental and physical loss suffered by the consumer.   7. That the reasonable oral and written requests of the consumer having fallen on deaf ears by the company executives.   8. That the facts had been brought to the notices of the company even then the company failed to accommodate and credit the amount charged and replace the Cable wire with joints that has been provided to the consumer.   9. Due to defective connection of Cable Wire the maintenance provided by the company is due to the fault of Tata Sky and the consequential losses suffered by the consumer should be compensated immediately.   RELIEF SOUGHT:   1. The company is requested to provide joint less cable wire connection to the consumer for trouble free service.   2. The company kindly compensate the consumer for the time the connection disrupted and the physical and mental torture in the tune of Rs 50,000/= to avoid further litigation in the matter within 30 days of the serving of notice.   3. The grievances of the consumer has never been resolved by the company as the consumer has been writing to the company from the day of providing connection that the company has provided connection with joints in Cable wire which will bring trouble to the consumer but the company failed to consider the pleadings of the consumer so the consumer kindly be duly compensated.   4. The company is duty bound to provided technical supervision of their jobs done. After paying amount on annual basis I am still getting technical problem with my Primary connection of Tata Sky. I had made the request to your Tata Sky customer care office on 24th Jan 2012 as well. That day also the Tata Sky connection was not receiving signal. But after lodging complaint the connection got signal. But the problem is still persisting.      I have been facing signal problem for my Tata Sky DTH. I am using this connection from the last three years but from last 1 month or so signals are really bad. Every now and then signal goes off. I had complained with regard to this problem earlier as well. We face more than 100 times such a problem of NO SIGNAL.     Sir, as this problem is due to Tata Sky’s technical problem so I shall not pay charges for your Engineer’s visit. It is proved that Tata Sky was using Foreign Satelite till some time back but from the day they have started providing their own satellite the problem has been manifold.      I am really shocked that the company of repute TATA SKY could not remove the fault after repeated requests.                  <description>Couple of days back I had complained about the highhandedness of the airtel dth services. Today at 2.03pm I received a call from some Airtel staff from Number 995896324. The person told me that when I took this mega pack there were different channels and later on the channels were changed. So some of the channels were removed from this package and few others were added. I asked him that if you had changed the pack either the pack for old customers should not be altered or in case if altered the new channels added in the pack must be given to them. On this the person told me that when Govt change petrol price they dont ask any one they just change and more over I cant complain that Maruti was having different Bonnet in 1994 and why they have changed the bonnet. The person was arrogant and instead of being a marketing person he seems to be a Car Garage or petrol pump attendant. On this when was just not ready to listen any thing I told him to put this call on record but he just abruptly disconnect the call. Dear Sir, I am an Airtel customer from 1997 but till date have never seen such a rude person with Airtel.  Anyway now I request you to advise me how can get the refund of my unused subscription or do I file a case with Consumer court for the deficiency in promised services and refund of the unused subscription. The person on phone gave very funny reply. He informed me that I am under mega plan for which I had paid Rs3900 but they adjusted Rs3835 for the pack and rest they kept in some other account which is still lying with them, at that time Airtel was using setlite 1 for transmission. later on they shifted it to Setlite 2 for which the charges are Rs.3840.00 so as I had paid Rs.5.00 less they have curtailed few of the channels. He offered me that I can get top up for that channels and for one channel it cost Rs.15/PM so I dont know how much I have to pay extra for that difference of Rs5/ But I feel this is not fair and atleast no one expect such a thing from a Company liike AIRTEL.                  <description>we have purchased Tatasky Dish on 2009( ID no. 1032770065) from 2011 , we are getting problem for the reception. after compling( in the helpline ) , they have changed the digicomp on june/2011. las week the engineer has come &amp; cleaned the digicard( as he told us, it is covered with carbon ) today( 4.9.2011) we are again facing the problem. also last week they have deducted the service charegs without informing us. so pl. do not go with tatasky , as it is giving us mental pressure, as we are not able to see the TV( as we have purchased new LCD ) so we are plaining to purchase for another company's dish . also the tatasky dish so sensitive, if some rain falls on the dish, immediately it will disturb the channel. so we are fed up with tatashy( we are afraid thatis it from Tata or other company?), we have told them also, they should concentrate with the quality, but not in advertisement &amp; publicity. rgds,</description>

                 <description>I bought SUN direct DTH last year and used it for few months. One day I saw a message on the screen that the satellite has been changed and I have to call customer service to get it fixed. Inspite of calling multiple times and speaking to various people including many rude executives, no one turned up for almost a month. Finally I decided to switch to Tata Sky.  Recently I shifted my house and called up Tata Sky to shift the connection. They got it done the very next day. I thought of taking an additional connection and decided to go for SUN Direct again expecting the service to be better. It is disgusting to know that SUN DIRECT DTH network being a one of the largest DTH network providers is really proving to be hype at least in Pune. We have had enough for trusting and being a customer who had to wait days together just to transfer existing connection to the relocated residence. In spite of repeated calls to customer care, they are least bothered. It is pity that we have to unfortunately bestow such a remark and name. Our sincere advice to all people is that if you have such irresponsible response from such companies kindly disconnect the so called services. Kindly look in to the provisions of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 which are reproduced as under and get the replacement of Defective Set top box without any charge due to the following reasons:  "(f) "defect" means any fault, imperfection or shortcoming in quality, quantity, potency, purity or standard which is required to be maintained by or under any law for the time being in force or under any contract express or implied or as is claimed by the trader in any manner whatsoever in relation to any goods."  "(g) "deficiency" means any fault, imperfection, shortcoming or inadequacy in the quality, nature and manner of performance which is required to be maintained by or under any law for the time being in force or has been undertaken to be performed by a person in pursuance of a contract or otherwise in relation to any service;"  "(nn) "restrictive trade practice" means any trade practice which requires a consumer to buy, hire or avail of any goods or, as the case may be, services as a condition precedent for buying, hiring or availing of other goods or services"  "(r) "unfair trade practice" means a trade practice which, for the purpose of promoting the sale, use or supply of any goods or for the provision of any service, adopts any unfair method or unfair or deceptive practice including any of the following practices, namely :-  (1) the practice of making any statement, whether orally or in writing or by visible representation which, -  (i) falsely represents that the goods are of a particular standard, quality, quantity, grade, composition, style or model;  (ii) falsely represents that the services are of a particular standard, quality or grade;  (iii) falsely represents any re-built, second-hand, re-novated, reconditioned or old goods as new goods;  (iv) represents that the goods or services have sponsorship, approval, performance, characteristics, accessories, uses or benefits which such goods or services do not have;  (v) represents that the seller or the supplier has a sponsorship or approval or affiliation which such seller or supplier does not have;  (vi) makes a false or misleading representation concerning the need for, or the usefulness of, any goods or services;  (vii) gives to the public any warranty or guarantee of the performance, efficacy or length of life of a product or of any goods that is not based on an adequate or proper test thereof; provided that where a defence is raised to the effect that such warranty or guarantee is based on adequate or proper test, the burden of proof of such defence shall lie on the person raising such defence.  (viii) makes to the public a representation in a form that purports to be -  (i) a warranty or guarantee of a product or of any goods or services; or  (ii) a promise to replace, maintain or repair an article or any part thereof or to repeat or continue a service until it has achieved a specified result,  if such purported warrant or guarantee or promise is materially misleading or if there is no reasonable prospect that such warranty, guarantee or promise will be carried out;  (ix) materially misleads the public concerning the price at which a product or like products or goods or services, have been or are, ordinarily sold or provided, and, for this purposes, a representation as to price shall be deemed to refer to the price at which the product or goods or services has or have been sold by sellers or provided by suppliers generally in the relevant markets unless it is clearly specified to be the price at which the product has been sold or services have been provided by the person by whom or on whose behalf the representation is made;  (x) gives false or misleading facts disparaging the goods, services or trade of another person.  Explanation. - For the purpose of clause (1), a statement that is -  (a) expressed on an article offered or displayed for sale, or on its wrapper or container; Then made various calls to the senior officials of the company and left with taking away the same box.  Tata Sky is befooling the consumer by installing the SECOND HAND REPAIRED SET TOP BOX AND CHARGED FROM CONSUMER RS 350 + RS 150 = Rs 500/- What other charges Tata Sky levied on the consumers are unnumbered.  The discretions of Tata Sky to charge from the consumers will be challenged in Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum. The existence of this discretionary powers to deduct from the consumers account is UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES ADOPTED BY TATA SKY AND PROVIDING AGAIN AND AGAIN THE SECOND HAND AND DEFECTIVE SET TOP BOX AFTER MAKING PROMISES IS AGAIN DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE.  I was happy to deal with Tata Sky due to the reputation of Sir Ratan Tata but unknowing the bitter consequences of the services and befooling attitude of Tata Sky personnels.  I have never expected such ruthless, reckless, negligence and breach of trust from the reputed company of Tata’s.                  <description>Hello Tatasky customer care,  I am a customer of Tatasky DTH and my subscriber ID is 1047123656  The tatasky customer care was unable to transfer my call to a higher manager of customer relations. Hence I am mailing this. I would like this email to be forwarded to the highest authority in tatasky customer relationship. This will be an eye opener that why tatasky is going to loose lot of customers, if it does not properly takes care of its customers.  I am using Tatasky DTH for more than a year now. Recently we lost tatasky signals on our TV Sets at 4:00 PM, on  Thursday, 07/07/2011 due to the rains. At 8:30 PM,the same evening i registered a complaint with tatasky customer service They said they would have the problem resolved within 24 to 48 hours, I was provided with a Work Order Number of 1-10739449650 for the same. Today, it is July 12, 2011 22:00 PM in the night without any resolution to my problem though people claiming to be technical representatives of Tatasky have been to my place, three of them so far, on July 09, 2011 the first one informed us that the Set Top Box was the problem which he would have fixed the next day, however the next day, ie. July 10, 2011 two more reps from tata sky turned up on my doorstep and after  wasting half an hour of their as well as my precious time, i was informed that the cable running from the Dish  antennae to the set top box was problematic and not the set top box and that they would have it replaced today, however now it is already more than 90 hours having passed since my complaint about no signal from tatasky. I would like confirmation from your side as to the exact time frame in which you can have this issue rectified  Please mention your confirmation on the above mentioned and also forward this email to the highest level of authority in customer relations of tatasky.  I would also like to inform that I might take the following steps on receiving your reply: 1) Cancel my tatasky subscription. 2) Inform all my friends and relatives about the limitations of tatasky and create awareness to them that one day their TV sets could be only airing static since they might have lost connectivity to tatasky signals and they  would be left at tatasky's mercy. 3) Raise my concern against unfair trade practice of tatasky by writing to most of the popular newspapers, magazines and websites. 4) Approach consumer court for refund of my account balance and initial deposit and also compensation against my mental strain caused by tatasky.   Thanks and Regards,  Niranjan Hegde</description>

                 <description>I wrote this letter to Airtel and have not got any response from the company:   Abhishek Wadhawan H3/80 Sector 18 Rohini Delhi 110089   June 6 2011   Airtel DTH  Subject: Complaint regarding no response of the company to fix services and complaining about the harassment and abusive language caused by the technician and his boss  I am a customer of Airtel Digital Tv HD my customer ID is 3006343379, and I purchased the setup box in December last year. Since April this year, there has been a lot of disturbance due to loss of signal, and we have registered many complaints regarding this. The customer care agents asked to restart the setup boxes but still nothing happened, and the signals were retrieved after some time, an hour or so.   In the month of April, an executive from Airtel came to our house and said that the direction of the Airtel satellite is changed and airtel wants to to change the antenna to a different direction for all the customers, because they have changed the  signal direction from South to West, as he said and said the antenna will be replaced in the different direction free of cost, as it is the responsibility of the company. He said that he will come the next day to replace it. But Nobody came for a few days, and we didnt complain since for a few days it worked fine, until the month of May the signal loss again started occurring in a few intervals. We lodged a complaint regarding this when the signal was totally disrupted in the end of May, and the customer care executive asked to check if the connections are tight and check the wires. I went up to the roof and checked I couldnt see any problem in the wires and it was connected to the dish, and I informed the same to the executive. After some time the signal retrieved, before it finally collapsed on the same night and until today it has not been fixed. The executive said that the technician will come tomorrow and solve the problem. As the executive said, the technician came and before going to the roof or checking the setup box, he said that he will replace the dish to the West direction at a charge of 300/- by himself, and if he registers to the company, then the company would charge more money. His intentions were clear, as he wanted to fetch the money by himself. We argued that it is the responsibility of the company to replace the directions as it is the company's fault. He went upstairs, and after coming down spending 30 minutes, with a wire cutter and a screwdriver in his hand, he lamely said “Somebody has broken your wire, and Rs. 100 will be charged to attach a connector to the wire. "We were, to our shock, discovered that the wire was cut down and until last night it was perfectly okay. It was pretty clear that the technician cut the wire when he went upstairs, and we threatened him to get it repaired else we will lodge a complaint against him for asking for unnecessary money and then cutting the wire. He challenged us to complain about him and he himself gave complaint number and gave his name, and then returned. We lodged a complaint of him, and the customer care executive said your service will be restored soon and they will send a technician, and also gave Mr. Suneil Kumar's contact number, head of the Rohini Sector 18 department of Airtel DTH. After discovering that the technician hasn’t arrived for 2 more days, my mother called up Suneil, and asked him to get our service fixed soon. To our shock, he simply refused to attend the complaint and challenged on the phone to lodge a complaint or do whatever, he will not get it fixed since we have lodged a complaint of his technician. He harassed us for 2 days and used abusive language and whenever we called, he hung up the phone finally. We have complained about him to Customer Care and still no action has been taken, though they promise daily to get it fixed today, inspite of us complaining in vain. This is a final letter to Airtel digital tv to get our Service Restored and our account balance which has been deducted since so many days, and we demand compensation for the sameand take a strict action against Suneil for harassing us with abusive language and challenging to take an action, and the technician he sent, otherwise we will be forced to drag this matter to Court by taking a legal action against Suneil and the sue the company due to company’s lack of response to the lodged complaint and fix the services within time, and charging accordingly as per the Consumer Law.  Yet no response from Airtel. Abhishek Wadhawan   9958663331   Complaint Number: 8624724 </description>

But c-care executive always says to me that, they forward my complaints to concern department, and technical person will contact us with in 5 working days.(But After so many months response is again nil)  One C-care executive says that the problems consist regarding airtel DTH service shift to new signal and direction, technician will come at your home very soon and he will change the directions Dish Antenna. (But After so many months response is again nil).  In this regard c-care executives harass me on many times regarding the same complaints.  I already paid so many amounts to my Mobile and land line co bills due to lodge the complaints and wants to take feedback on several times.  In this regard (And as per TRY norms) you people doesn't charge a premium call rate on C-care Help line No. But you always charge me (From My Mobile) Premium SMS Charges on on your short code 54325. This SMS Short Code Charges always deduct from my mobile No 9811392289 @ Rs3/- to Rs6/- per SMS.  In the above said matter please solve my Problems to See PARAS Channel as well as refund for total rent of Month of May-2011. B-coz we found in mAy month we dont see many channels due to shifting of Airtel DTH Signal Frequency/Directions.                  <description>I've bought 2 Airtel DTH connections in hope that I'll be able to view good quality TV. These are bunch of crooks. There have been problems since starting and it is the worst service provider. I've faced so many problems with Airtel DTH that i can write a complete book on it. Here are the details:  1) Installation time provided 24 hrs. Installed after 5 days due poor internal coordination 2) Everytime there is some wind the dish stop getting signals from satellite and TV is down for 24 hrs.  3) Customer care gives 24 hrs time for complaint to be attended and they appear after 48 hrs.  4) May 21st i registered a complaint, a message came that engineer will visit tomorrow before 2 pm while the engineer did not come and I received the message that your complaint has been resolved while DTH was still dead. I had to register the complaint again and it got attended to after another 24 hrs.  5) Yesterday there was some heavy wind and my TV is dead since then, called up the customer care yesterday and as usual the server is down we can't register the complaint. Called up today and the response is that we'll attend to your complaint after 24 hrs.   Worst service Airtel DTH, Bullshit Product Airtel DTH.                  <description>From 4th April i am trying to contact Dish Tv customer care,Nodal Office,Manager and till VP i have reached but still no proper response i have got and not even single visit is made from dish tv till my place... The issue is this that as per Dish Tv they are offering 30 Channels in HD format but when it is installed at my place then i found :  only 4 channels(Natgeo,Discovery HD,Travelxp HD,Moview Now) are running in HD format   all other channels are in normal view and the quality of that channels is very lower than normal view also  By giving the name to any normal channel HD cant make the channel in HD so i am going to highlight the issue but one one is taking care from regularly 4th April i am trying to contact and sending the mails to cust care,corporate sales,nodal officer and mangers of dish Tv but still no reply i got from there side...  As per dish tv they are offering the channels in HD format and they are denied to listen any issue and as per them they are not going to refund my money and all channels are HD...  I want to ask dish Tv why Airtel,Tata Sky,Sun Direct like bigger companies are not offering these HD channels because they not making the fool to customers...and channels like(Zee TV,Zee Cinema,Sony,Colors,MTv,UTV Movies,UTV Action,TLC,Ten Sports,Zee News,Cartoon Network,Pogo,Times Now,ST,Star Movies,HBO,WB,Pix,AXn</description>

After re-charge due to the problem in the De-coder, I need to cancell the re-charge for the same.I would request you to re-inburse the amount paid by me thru SBI bank. I have re-confirmed for the same with your customer care. They asked me to send email for the re-inbursement. cc SAYS we need to contact accounts department, but accounts department says they will not re-inburse the payment. for that i need to pay Rs200 again.                  <title>Re-installation of Antenna to a newly relocated place</title>

                 <description>I have a DTH connection from DishTV (Zee Group company) with Viewing Card No. 01505302723. I shifted to Gurgaon from Kolkata. Prior to moving of my personal goods I had called up DishTV on 17th March 2011 to un-install the antenna (unfortunately I did not note down the request number). Nobody tunred up and I had to request the packers and movers to uninstall the same.  Upon reaching Gurgaon I called up DishTV on 28th March 2011 a about 04:00PM and requested them to install the Antenna. The request ID given by them was 56462272. The exeutive promised me that I will get a call back within 24 hours. On 29th when I called up again at about 05:00PM they again promised me that I will get a call back. When I did not get the call I called up again at about 10:45PM, this time they said the call has been logged today i.e. 29th March 2011 and I will get a call back within 24 hours. Which was shocking to me as I had called up on 28th and the request ID 56462272 was given to me.  And to add more surprise I received a SMS on 31st March 2011 with the following pharse " Your dishtv complaint no 56462272 is resolved. We hope you are satisfied with the resolution. Incase of any concern, call on 18601803474 with your com"  Till today at this point of time while writing this complaint, neither any person has come for installation not did receive any call back.  With a hope that action will be taken against these service provider I am putting up this complaint.</description>

                 <description>Hi -  Ref Complaints - 55950271, 56000569, 56241347  I had taken the DISH TV HD package on 29th Jan 2011. I paid 2999 for the connection. I also took world cup HD pack. I am getting the following HD channels only -  1. Zee TV HD 2. Discovery HD 3. Nat Geo HD  1. Start Cricket HD 2. ESPN HD  I am not getting any other HD channels. I called your help desk and they told me that it is because I have a mono LNBF and they are planning to change it tomorrow. Since I paid for the HD package but did not get these HD channels, I asked him for a credit for that period (two months free HD package). He told me to write to you. As I write, I still do not have the LNBF changed. Pls let me know how you are going to give me the credit.  Till date the following people have worked on this -  Sandiv Kumar Neetu Dhamija Tabassum Parveen Lata Loyal Mukesh Sharma Sandeep Negi Neha Jain Manoj Kumar Amit Kumar Jagmohan Singh Shazia Khan  This has been going on since Mar 18th. I had written mails to all your Nodal officers without any response. I had complained to Consumer Complaints Redressal Council India. The request number is 0000438/2011. I am also entering this info on your Facebook page every day.  Every time I get the message that the problem will be solved in 24 hrs. Till date the local technician has not even called me ONCE.</description>

                 <description>Mr Rakesh Kumar,  I have spoken to your customer care centre ( had no other option) yesterday night again!!! One Mr Sudhir had personally and repeatedly assured that the matter will be resolved by 12.30 noon today and that the dish will be positively reinstalled. He also offered to call me up and confirm the re-installation.  But as some of your colleague at AIRTEL DTH are completely shameless and have taken the customer for granted, no one had the basic courtesy to call, and no one bothered to come, and my antenna is still lying on my floor.  As an Airtel employee you are sufficiently shielded from the ground reality and the customer through numerous call centre layers.And as a customer we have no choice but to suffer people like you.  Please do consider the fact that your salary and perks and the very food that you and your family eats daily is because WE CUSTOMERS PAY hard money. So it will be nice if you could spare a few moments to provide the customer what he pays for, rather than cheating him repeatedly.</description>

                 <title>No Service</title>

                 <description>Hi,  My name is Suraj Singh Shahani &amp; I have an Airtel Digital T.V. connection since Oct’09, &amp; I have never faced any Problem the way I have received recently, since past 4 weeks half of my channels are not coming, when I call up the customer care &amp; register a complain, however I got an answer saying these channels are not being provided by Airtel Digital T.V., my question is if was getting these channels from past more than an year, how come suddenly they disappeared, &amp; now the Customer Care no. doesn't take your call forward than the IVR.  Secondly I told 1 person to activate 2 channels for me, 1. Zee Classic &amp; 2. Movies Now (which I am eagerly waiting for), he said he will activate it, &amp; 2 Weeks down, still no channel, &amp; suddenly all my channels disappeared, it is not worth it spending so much amount &amp; not getting any service, I always pay upfront I recharge for the whole year &amp; I am very disappointed that even after taking the time out of the busy schedule &amp; calling &amp; getting nowhere.  Thirdly &amp; the most awful experience of my life with Airtel Digital T.V. was when I was in the mood to watch movies, I called up not once, not twice, not thrice, but 4 times to order the movie, &amp; guess what it never got activated, 2 times the customer care hung up the phone while I was on hold, trust me while writing this mail I could have been more ruthless, but maintain the dignity &amp; respect for another individual who is just doing his job I am being very polite &amp; not using foul language, even when I called the customer care I am sure you have my recording of my calls if you can trace even 1 foul language I used against your executive despite being super upset, I promise I will never call customer care again,  Just wanted to bring to your notice what happened with me, I did not expect this from them, there was a reason I chose them over Reliance, Dish TV, etc., cause it was the experience, but the experience I got was a very bad one,  I have waited too long for them to revert &amp; your customer care no. doesn't work, I WANT TO CANCEL MY SUPSCRIPTION ASAP, i have paid full money in advance for year, please cut the formidable charges &amp; please return back the rest of the money &amp; please take back your Set top box &amp; that sattelite dish,  You &amp; your Service is Pathetic &amp; i will never ever &amp; i mean ever recommend anyone for an Airtel Digital T.V.,   This has been the worst experience of my life, My Cable guy doesn't give the clarity or sound that you give however the most important thing to me which he provides is service, which you guys i am sorry to say are very very very very very poor,  PLEASE CANCEL MY SUPSCRIPTION ASAP  I need a revert on this ASAP,    Regards,  Suraj Singh Shahani  </description>
