False ads
Today i saw an ad in Sun TV about Sun Direct connection telling Rs 330 for 3+3 months with dish etc. free. This is very much misleading, a i found from them that they charge additional 1300 as initiation charges, etc. India is a democratic country and everything should be open and clear to customers... |

It takes time on dish TV when I change channel. speed is slow. Some times there is also problem of poor singals. When will the service improve. |

Increase in prises of packages
I was a customer of Airtel digital TV. I purchased digital tv with one year subscription. when My subscription ended I went to recharge my connection. But I realized that they have increased their Packs prises which were not affordable to me. so I have to change my DTH connection.

wrong advertise
The company says in its advertise that DTH only for 525. But they are also charging installation and activation charger of 1250. And they try to say that they are providing DTH for only 525.
I asked shopkeeper to give me DTH for 525 and I will install dish myself but he refused to do so... |
