no phone pick-up no refill
This complain and feedback is for Shubhlaxmi Indane. 4,Himavan Appartment,Nandan park, Bopal, Ahmedabad, Phone No. 02717) 235435, 235977
Sir/Madam: (1) The phone keeps on ringing (11-efforts) but no pick up after eleven efforts. Even when the phone is released from the prior talk with other customers that proves the "no phone pick up" is on purpose. (2) The above situation started when I called at 9898185954 where the agency man who picked up his mobile asked me "if I wanted the cylinder in black it is available" so I expressed my anger over his indirect effort of selling gas to illegal callers. After that the company phone (02717235977) did not pick my phone even this phone was engaged and just released and was ringing !
FEEDBACK: SMS method of booking a cyclinder will eliminate/reduce these kinds of problem. DATE: 14-Dec-2011, 130pm |
