Cheque book not received

My name is Gourab Barman. I have a savings account in Cossipore branch. The account number is 10774723504. I had requested for a new cheque book on 17/12/2011. But still I have not received the cheque book. I have contacted the branch regarding the issue but they are not able to tell me the current status of the request. They are only saying the request is processed and will be delivered to my address soon. If not delivered, then contact the branch after 2 months to collect the cheque book from the branch.
