HI all,
I worked in symmetric technologies for 2 years... this means i worked in hell.... This post is mainly for the sake of people who want to join in this company.
While joining in company u have to submit your particulars as per above comments.... Please dont do this mistake in your life with this company or with any company...
First i thought of getting experience in a company is enough for me to survive in software industry irrespective of salarty. but after completing 2 years in this company i have not received any of following things from company:
1. offer letter
2. salary slips
3. company id card
4. appraisals
5. monthly salary cutting details
6. last but not least (my purpose of joining in to this company) Experience letter/Relieving letter
Finally i realized, i spoiled my life of 2 years to work for this company.
Now i am working in an MNC and next month i am going to US.
Note: The people who came out of this company are able to do any type of work in any environment. |
