chassis replacement, for which the insurance company denies
I had bought the TATA LPT few months before.The insurance is covered by Royal Sundaram. Vehicle met with an accident (claim number VGC0163874000100). The vehicle is with Pandit Automobiles for repair. The chassis is bent. They say that the chassis is bent beyond the permissible limits and hence is adviced to replace. The insurance company denies to replace and says to repair it. In this issue my vehicle is hold for nearly two months without any action.
Now the insurance company says if you pay certain percentage of the cost of the chassis we are ready to replace.
