Poor Quality of Clutch Plate / Gear Box
I have been driving vehicle for nearly 23 year now. Last October`10 I have purchased Indigo Manza MH03-AW8066, through Bharti Motors Mumbai
From the time I have booked my vehicle, I have been going through the continious problem from TATA motors, including delivey dates, wrong no. plates/registration no. delay in getting my registration book. For all this problem, I have continiously done several follow-up and sent reminders, to get my thing done set right.
Now finally, my 6.1/2 month old new vehicle(Indigo Manza - MH03-AW8066) has a problem with the clutch plate/gear box, which made me stranded in Mumbai - Ahmedabad highway on 11.5.2011. I have been told by Tata Service Dealer that, due to wrong handling/running of vehicle, clutchplate/gear box is concked-off. I would like to state here that, I have driven different models of vehicle for last 23 year, but I have no such problem.
Quality of Gear Box/clutch provided by TATA motors found to be so poor/inferior, which has concked-off within 6.1/2 month. Due to poor quality of vehicle/parts, now I have been demanded to bear the cost of Clutch plates/gear box. How far TATA motor is justified for demanding payment for their faulty/poor quality part provided in INDIGO MANZA. Moreso this vehicle is under warranty.
I this, I have sending reminders/email to TATA motors, but they are insensitive to customer problem and not bothered to reply and resolve my problem.
I would like to mentione here that, if anyone wanting to decide and buy TATA INDIGO MANZA, Kindly rethink about the quality/service and workmanship about the vehicle ?
