                 <description>Philips Electronics India Ltd, 						DT: 23/2/2012 CEO/Director Philips India Ltd, 8thFloor DLF 9B DLF Cyber city, DLF Phase 3, Gurgaon – 122002 -- (Haryana).  Kind attention: CEO/Director --Philips India  Sub: LCD Model ‘24PFL4505/V7’ LCD TV – Philips Make/purchased on 15/2/2011(Bill via Book No.265/Sr.No.13223 15/2/2011) from Sachdeva Electronics (p) ltd, A-4/37, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi Dear Sir, We are having problem with LCD DISPLAY with this TV and for this we lodge a complaint in month of May 2011 (26th may 2011) and after two days engineer came and seen our LCD TV there was a problem with LCD Display and fortunately this LCD Display problem somehow rectified itself but I told engineer if it will happen again then you (Philips) have to replace it and he replied that definitely we (Philips) will do that. On 12/12/2011 we again got the same problem and lodge a complaint and this time a complaint no. is given to us --- Complaint No. is PDEL1212170078. And Service representative came after 4 days and notified us that LCD has problem with display. We requested him to forward our complaint to concerned persons and remind the concerned person that previously too (May 2011) it has same problem but somehow it rectified itself at that time. And this time we want our LCD TV to be replaced as early as possible as promised. Sir, with sheer disgust and disappointment even after 7 weeks passed (about to 2 months) I haven’t got my TV replaced that too when I was in regular in touch with Philips all concerned persons (Mr. Major Gill, Mr. Chandan --Area managers, and your Regional Manager,Mr.Suvrat and your service in charge Mr Jaiprakash). I have mentioned to Mr.Suvrat (R.M), Mr. Gill (S.M) as well as Mr. Chandan and your Sr.executive Deepak, Suman, Sushma, Sampurna that if my LCD TV will not be replaced between 15 to 20 days I will buy new one as we can’t wait so long and they promised me to do the replacement with in time. But very sorry to say that they could not fulfil their promise. They were just passing the time and Philips got a regional Manager Mr. suvrat Who is very much arrogant, egoistic and thinks he is even above GOD he purposefully late our replacement and force us to buy another TV. We waited for 35 days and after that I have bought a new TV it was just and just because of Mr. Suvrat. It’s now not possible for us to keep two TV. Kindly please refund my money I am not going to take 25 percent less of my actual amount as told me by Mr. Suvrat and please add in that amount Rs. 600 cable amount that we paid to cable wala without using TV and forget about time, money and interest earned on my money that’s with Philips and mental suffering (which has no value) that till date we are bearing. It’s my humble request to Philips its now sufficient time passed from December 12, 2011 to February 20, 2012 almost 3 months please refund now my money and take your defective TV urgently. Sir, with sheer disgust and disappointment we bring to your kind attention that you have very poor after sales service and inefficient and bad peoples in your organisation who don’t take decision/can’t decide priorities cases and even don’t understand Brand Image. The backbone of any organisation is customer care and here only Philips is lagging. We have suffer a lot and will not get harassed mentally anymore from Philips. We know it was our greatest mistake of buying Philips LCD TV.                  <description>HI  Name : Rajesh  Smart card no : R40249968773  Mobile no : 9281304804 call to me  I gave a complaint on 15 sep 2011 till far not resolved,such a poor poor service,,,,,,,,Such a poor service 3 months ago no action taken till far..  Please credit the validity, Nowadays 123 rs i need to do a recharge. Before when i got the connection it was 75,after that 100rs.Now it went to 123 rs.   I raised a complaint which was on 27-Oct-10 around @ 10:30 PM,they gave a complaint no : 1-946498446. They have mentioned as 3 days of time, I have told them that "Tv channels are flickering".Alignments are not done  properly,When I went to my home and checked there was nothing available on the screen. Msg came as "Nothing to Upate", when I called to the customer care, all agents were asking the name,smart card no,etc But I have told them now channels are not coming Nothing to upate,  But I spoke to more than 50 agents which was on 28-oct-10 and after that call got esalated to floor supervisor name Mr.Karthick, he also told that give me 24 hrs time we will send an technicians to resolve.When I asked him to refund the amnt or extend the validity he told no its impossible.  I called once again which was on 29-oct-10, the call got escalated to TL name Anita, she told that from our backend team they will be calling u within 2 hrs of time,,,but once again I called to them,,its escalated to Technician Mr.Vijay the call got disconnected.  Then I spoke to Mr.Surender for about 45 mins, he also again took a complaint he also said that 24 hrs of time frame It's being waste of having the connection.  I have never seen such a kind of service, Pls call me I dont want in email reply,,PLs pls call and chk my issues Otherwise I dont need your connection..  Either the amnt needs to refunded or they should give the validity because I have recharge 8 days before in advance and I have never seen the picture on the screen....Pls chk all the call records an resolve it.Iam fedup with the connecction I hope there should be a solution to this..The call has been escalate to all the supervisor's.     Hereafter i am going to tell my relations and street people that connection is very poor poor not to use your connection/product,so we all throw your connection out. if not waivering the amount.   Thnks..    </description>

                 <description>I am George Stephenson from Chennai I bought my Sony Bravia LCD TV Model - KLV-32V300A/E32 on 10th December 2010 now my LCD TV is not working properly the screen has a black patch. So, I contacted Sony a personnel came down to my house and checked the TV on 11th November 2011 and he said the LCD panel must be replaced and he asked me to pay Rs. 10850/- for the screen because I just have the service coupon and I do not have the warranty card and the bill the service personnel also said the TV will stop working after a year if the problem is unattended.                  <description>Sub.: Non durable &amp; not suitable (Under prevailing Indian conditions) products of Sony.   Dear Sir,  I have to inform you with great shock that I had purchased your Sony Television 29 inches, Model SZ29ZN80 (S.No. 6212987) on 12/10/2006 vide bill no. 1299 from M/S Shree Geeta Electronics, Panipat amounting to Rs. 21,250.00.   On dated 19.09.2011, suddenly it was stopped functioning. Complaint was lodged with your Customer Care Centre No. 1800-103-7799 on dated 20.09.2011 &amp; the representative of your Panipat Customer centre (M/S Aditya Enterprises, Model Town) visited my residence. After inspecting the television, he explained that due to heavy voltage, some its parts have been burnt. Hence an estimate of Rs.1,800.00 was given for their replacement.  It was my surprise that for such a costly home appliance, M/S Sony have not taken any precaution to save the important parts of the product due to high voltage which in India is a normal feature as far as electricity supply in India is concerned.   Company has also not bothered to intimate the customers in this regard at the time of purchase so that customers could take suitable precautions to save their costly home appliances. Company has also not displayed this deficiency on any part of the body of the television that customers have to take care of this deficiency by any means.  Really, such type of fault on the part of a reputed company like yours is not expected at all.Due this fault on the part of the company I had to pay the above charges to your Panipat’s Customer care Centre which I feel should not be charged from your valuable customers.  Under the above circumstances, I approach your good office to please confirm:-  1.	That the failure of the parts (No. MHC-VX33, KLV-26S50A) are the only cause due to high voltage of power.  2.	That no precaution has been taken to save the parts of the television due high voltage.  In addition to the above, please consider my request to refund the cost of the replaced parts i.e Rs. 1800.00 for which your customer is not at fault s by any way &amp; since the company has not fulfilled its duty to make its customer familiar while using your product.  I hope you will appreciate the above &amp; use your office to give justice to me.  Thanking you for favorable action &amp; prompt response.  Manik Sharma 577, Model Town Panipat-Haryana (M)09416105313 </description>

When i called your customer care they told me that your problem will resolve in 5 working days. but today is 11.04.2011 and i have not received nothing from you.  I am facing very poor service from you. Your executive Mr. Manish Sawant(9821685826) call me on 29.03.2011 and told me that we will replace the part in 3 working days. Then your techicen were came to my home and checked the problem and then after on 06.04.2011 ur another executive came to my home and told me that we will refund or give u new LCD. and also taken my bill zerox and ID proof copy.  When i called Manish Sawant, He was laughed on phone and took problem very lightly. I told him that becos of u i have missed all my world cup matches but again he told me that ur problem will resolve my another thursday (14.04.2011). But he was not sure about the same.   I am very upset with such kind of service and will take this to consumer court.    If u want to call and also escalate to higher also.Pls do action against Manish Sawant(9821685826).  Also I will prefer any product of LG in future and also told my friend and relatives of the same.  Thanks LG ( LOW GOODs) Pls look into it and take serious action against LG india  Amit Sawant 9920923657 9221050920.</description>

                 <description>Big Mistake to purchase online from RediffShopping, Which I Done Last Month, Dec-2010, Item was Defective, Rediff Cust. Care says to contact to Supplier, Getting No Reponse from Supplier, Not Receiving Cell or Landline(Continuously fullday for two days), If By Mistake they receive then Disconnect,  Hardly I knew to send it back to supplier, 18/Dec Mailed Courier Receipt, Till Not Received, Courier Charges Refund, 70/- for sending Item back, No Response of my Call Charges, No Reply from Rediff Mail on this.  For Any Update on Order, I had to Call to Rediff and then I will know Status or Order, Refund of Purchase Amount or Refund of Courier Charges, and No Response of These Trouble of more then a Month. and what about my Call Charges,  Customer Care Person says, There is nothing Like CUSTOMER CARE NO. in REDIFF Shopping,  This in Only to help if you have problem to make an Order, and Not for Problem after Shopping/ after Purchase. Only mail is the Way, and No Response / No Response  on time/ no response of Extra Expense I had to Bare because of Rediff Shopping.  I knew, I will not get New Item and Rediff will Refund the Amount, when I Call to Rediff, otherwise no one cares.  For a Very Small Amount what can Rediff Do??   If Item can be defective why to purchase online and If service is so BAD, even Supplier don't want to receive the Call, after many call not receiving by supplier and he had to call me one time because of mail from rediff to supplier, supplier says I had not made any call from my Cel No. which specified in the Order, Means?? do they will only receive my call if I do it from the same No. (was that in terms and cond.)  As per last Many days I am told I will get 70 payorder, Just waiting... I need Refund of my Extra Expense, My Call Charges and Trouble if free. </description>
