Cloining of SIm
I am facing cloning issue, someone had cloned my Sim and miss-using my number. I noticed this issue two days back on wednessday. No of time I have called to customer care nobody was ready to listen my problem and try to resolve the Thing.
That person used my incoming messages and harassing my friends and family. He also miss-behaved with my callers, he also got some of my personal details.
Hats off to Tata Indicom customer care executives.
I can't understand if they can't listen to customers why they are called customer care people they should designated as customer harassment executive.
No of times I want to clarify the issue, they were simply taking as a Network Issue.
Then one of friend guide to the visit to the TataIndicom office, after visiting no of dealers. One kind dealer helped me and swiped my Sim Card to another one. I appreciate his services.
Please help me as early as possible.
