Before i proceed with the mail, please make a note of my loan account number - 5000685049. My customer Id is 2001400628. My loan amount is Rs 1,46,000 and vehicle model is Nano STD. I bought a vehicle from Concorde motors, dairy circle, bangalore on 7th March, 2011. Before buying the vehicle I made clear that I shall buy the vehicle only if the EMI date can be given after 10th of the month. The finance executive at the showroom Mr Sagar and Mr Rehan Khan said to me that the EMI date of the loan would be 11th of every month starting from 11th April, 2011. I clearly mentioned that I cannot take an EMI date before that since I get my salary only after 8th of every month. They said that it would be 11th of every month starting from april. I think they lied to me so that I buy the vehicle. Today I received the loan information document in which it was mentioned that the EMI date will be 2nd of every month starting from April. What poor service is this? Is this a way to cheat customers and sell vehicles. I have heard about poor services of Concorde motors and today I got the proof of that. I submitted all documents in bank approved by tata motors finance for the EMI to start from 11th of every month and now tata motors finance people are saying something else to me. I had already made clear with the showroom finance people about my ECS date then how can they say its 2nd of every month. They said something else while buying the car and now saying completely different thing. I spoke to the finance executive with tata motors finance and they are saying that nothing can be done now as the date is already fixed. Am extremely annoyed being cheated in such a way. Wish I havent bought a car from tata motors. I have to arrange money somehow within tomorrow as my salary will come only after 8th/9th of every month to get the cheque honored for 2nd of April. Is this my fault and why should I face such troubles when its the fault of somebody else. The worst thing is that no body is there to help me now to shift the EMI date to 11th of every month. Mistakes can happen but why is there no body to rectify the issue. They seem to be taking their hands off the problem. Please someone help me resolve the issue. I wouldnt have bought the vehicle if they had said that the EMI date will only be on 2nd of every month. Why did they lie to me? They just sold the vehicle off and now I am facing all troubles.
