NON FUNCTIONING OF THE BULBS
I have purchased a "Tata Swach Bulb" on 28/04/2010 from a retailer shop near my house in Bangalore. On day-1 only their has been problem & water does not flow freely. I contacted the retailer for a replacement, however he denied & directed me to Tata Company Service customer care...then I bought another new bulb from TATA distributor in HSR Layout, Bangalore....then again same problem on the same day its not at all working...in 2 days 2 new bulbs & neither of them are working..no help from shopkeeper as well as TATA customer care...very poor service...Please help me out..

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. If water does not flow from the bulb, kindly follow the below steps:
Kindly observe whether the Tata Swach bulb is fully filled with water or not. If not, Please remove the Mesh 2 from the Upper container and allow the air to escape from the Tata Swach bulb. In case the water does not flow, then follow the next step.
Remove the Mesh 3 from the bottom of the Tata Swach bulb and clean it with a soft brush by holding under running water. In case the water does not flow, then follow the next step.
Remove the Mesh 3 from the bottom of the Tata Swach bulb and clean the nozzle with a thin needle like object.
If the water still does not flow, then kindly hold the Tata Swach bulb under running water.
