The date was 4th March 2011 As I was in a hurry to reach andheri so I boarded a cool cab from Thane to Andheri Seepz. Phones Not Working
It is a daily scene outside byculla station of taxi drivers are refusing fares . Further they dont even stop for us to note numbers and lodge complaint .
Even the telephone numbers provided are continuosly busy for us to lodge complaint .
