Product bottle seal broken
Please note Telemall advertised Hair building fibre, when ordered at Kolkata, we found the hair solutions bottle seal broken and the content is spilt on the bottle body.The delivery was cancelled immediatel and product returned. The outer cover seal(Plastic envelope) apparently found to be sealed. However when contacted to Telemall helpline the customer care personnel said they will not be able to do anything in case we find the bottles are not sealed upon our re-order. When asked since Telemall is advertising regarding sealing to be confirmed, then who can ensure the product is genuine and un adultrated or contents weight is actual as mentioned in the bottle. The executive immediately ducked and avoided to answer. We feel that may be something is going on here as the cost of product is very high. Please someone look into this.And I would advise all Telemall customers to check our products before taking delivery. |

WASTE OF MONEY.
Even when I called customer care asking why are they fooling Public, he started Abusing me.

Consumer court should take action on these looters, as I am not the only person who has lost my hard earned money. | |
