glass got broken needs to be replaced
My harikrishnan.R.Nair got this titan watch gifted by one of the Bossaround 6 months back,very recently the glass got broken.I taken my watch to the nearest titan authorised service center(World of titan in kottayam)on 11/10/2011.,The technician accepted the watch and told me that it needs to be send to the company for repairing.after two three weeks i gone their to collect the same.He explained that this particular model got stopped,so its very difficult to repair the same.My whole family is using the titan products,this is my first experience.In the showroom i still seen the model selling.(My model number is 9279sl G).NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM TITAN.PLS UNDERSTAND THIS PARTICULAR WATCH IS PRECIOUS FOR ME. |
