respected sir
with due respect i want u to know that i want the claim of my car.My car met with an accident.When i went in agency for repairing of my car ,they took 36000 in advance from me and informed me that after showing the Rc i will get my insurance claim of rs. 30000 but now they refused to return the money.Due to some personal reason i was not able to apply RC because my husband is in Merchant Navy and he was out of state at that time.After the repairing of my car I applied for RC.As u know it takes 20-30 days in receiving it.We have talked to our agency people but they refused.I apology for inconvinience and delay of rc from my side.As you know that amount is 30000.We took advice from other insurance companies also and they are saying that claim should be returned.I heartly request you,kindly return my claim as soon as possible.I will be very thankful to you for your kindness.Please enquire about it and let me know what best you can do for me. |
