Over charging and forced to take stove at the time of connection
Sir, The dealer( code No 505951) collected
from me an amount of 4000/- for new connection and he was hesitated to give me connection without stove and other equipments. I am not finding their town and distributor name in the web. Please look into this matter.

Timely
I switched over to Kinley from other drinking water suppliers. It was a good deal at the begining but slowely, went to slow mode.Now It takes a week to supply a can of water and that after 10 calls. I feel expanding business is a good thing but not at the cost of quality and false promises |

Non delivery of Cylinder and rude behaviour of agency
My consumer no.is 5743, Agent is Bhavani Indene Gas, Waghodiya, Dist. Vadodara, The cylinder was booked on 30/04/2010. Till to day i.e. 11/05/2010 the delivery is not done. On personal visit to agent, he behaived rudely. Professionaly I am a doctor, it is not possible to go every 21 days to this age... |
