Even when the phone is released from the prior talk with other customers that proves the "no phone pick up" is on purpose. (2) The above situation started when I called at 9898185954 where the agency man who picked up his mobile asked me "if I wanted the cylinder in black it is available" so I expressed my anger over his indirect effort of selling gas to illegal callers. Half of the time the contact number is either ringing or out of service...  Second and major problem is there is always shortage of cylinders, we have to call 15 20 days prior, currently also same issue going on, we have just 1 cylinder, how to we manage for 15 days without cylinder. There is child at my home, how do we cook for her.... Many times we have infomed them to complaint furhter for stock problem, but not ready to help, just work like government office.. People staying nearby at pissed off, so much of inconvenience they face. Just think about common people.  Want some strict and immediate action to be taken.. We are paying whatever charges are levied, then why such poor service.  Virar West</description>

                 <title>DELHI JAL BOARD-EXCESS WATER BILL</title>

                 <description>I am 80 yrs old resident of Delhi and regularly paying my water bill to Delhi Jal Board (DJB). My water connection no is J-39919, K.No. 1356237786, Area 21/WZ-3 and sub area code is A-9. But unfortunately, since last four months I am getting arrears bill.  In the month of January 2011, I got the water bill of amount Rs. 3827 and same I had paid in Corporation Bank of Vikaspuri Branch by cheque before due date. Next bill I received in the month of March 2011 amount indicate Rs. 6130. This includes previous bill due and surcharge of 5% as amount due after last date of payment (i.e Rs. 3827 +Rs. 191 = 4018). I raised this issue of surplus amount and arrears bill to Corporation Bank official, they refused to accept it and direct me to get it corrected from Delhi Jal Board, Janakpuri office. Same I got corrected from the DJB office and again went to Corporation Bank to paid amount of Rs. 2419 by cheque. Surprising, this month again I got second arrears bill of amount Rs. 4290 including amount of previous bill of March 2011 which I have already paid. Again, bank official directed me for correction from DJB Janakpuri office and same I got corrected from office before depositing it in Corporation Bank.   As I am old and it is very difficult for me to attend all above these kind of problems like going bank to DJB office for correction and again DJB office to bank for depositing it whenever arrears water bill with surplus amount arrive. By looking my age and health problems, it is requested that to correct my water bill of mentioned connection at the earliest from forthcoming bill for further avoiding inconvenience to old man like me. </description>

The delivery man came on 10-06-2011 and tried to deliver the unsealed HP cylinder during the course of delivery we found that cylinder was under weight he was trying to convince that 400gms to 800gms is always less with the HP Gas cylinder.  After denying from our side this untruthful fact he tries to deliver unsealed cylinder with the full weight cylinder. In the mean time he had already received the payment from my father who is 65 year old senior citizen of Rs.500 after lot of discussion he took our cylinder from our premisses and ran away. I also tried to speak to our distributor above mentioned phone numbers which is continuously getting engaged from the time of incidence till date.  Mr. Ashok Kumar Moblie number:- 9971190812 of Anand stores seems to be very lineant and biast on this issue. It is very difficult to get their number. Last month we booked gas through Indane's new IVRS system and Shree Chella gas Agency cancelled it saying "door lock" whereas we were at home. We booked again on 26th May, 2011 and today when we called to ask the status, they banged the phone. When we called back, the lady shouts and asks our consumer number to cancel the booking. Why should we be afraid of a salaried employee. We are paying for the services. They harass us unnecesarily just because they have the access to our order. When my in laws go in person, the lady shouts and insults them. Please help in solving this issue. Its very embarassing for old people like my in laws to get shouted at in public place by a lady like that.</description>

                 <description>Dear sir this is to bring to your kind notice that we are residing in no.45, st.thomas street ,kamarajapuram, pattabiram,ch.72. our gas agency is ragavedra gas agency -avadi.contact no.04426370828 .we booked or cylinder on 15th april through IVRS booking system .it is said that within 35 days we will be receving the cylinder. but now its 40 days we haven't recevied .when called to the office on 29th april they said they have given the bill today and when asked to the supplier he said the bill has not cme and moreover he is very rude to us . he is just selling the gas in black for rs.550 to 600. we have complaint many times to the office but we didn't get any proper reply. hope you will take necessary actions</description>

My bill no is ORD2024828.  The product is still under warranty. Since the purchase, this AC is not working properly. Water continuosly leaks from the indoor unit into my room as soon as we ON the AC.  We asked for replacement several times and always they are replying that they do not have the product for replacement. I have been talking with Mr.Azmat and Ms Leena from Kohinoor. But nothing has been done so far. I want them to replace the item or refund the amount.</description>

                 <description>I purchased an Eureka Forbes Reviva RO Plant on 16 Mar 2011. The sales person is Mr. Manjesh of Pai Layout Branch. The Installation person (Mr. Jagadish) came with just an open piece without any box or sealing. It was in contrast to the demo shown by Mr. Manjesh. The product was not the one we ordered. I immediately contacted Mr Manjesh but he told he will get it rectified and allow the person to install the RO plant. The installation person in a hurry did not do the installation properly and left the place. After some time Mr. Manjesh came to collect the Amount and I showed the problem of installation and he assured that it will be done within 24 hrs. He collected the cash and I asked for a receipt &amp; warranty card for which he told that he will send it by courier within 24 hrs. Now it is more than one &amp; half month and I am still to get my problems solved. I am just making phone calls and every time they give number of some other person which is going like a chain process. But the answer we get is "I am not the concerned person". First I contacted Mr. Manjesh he told me that "Only Sales is our work and for the rest we have to contact the office". When I contacted the Office one Mrs Sudha accepted the call and told me that within 24 hrs the problem will be solved. But after a week when I called they gave the number of Mr Gowri Shankar, Sales Manager, when contact that number it was not reachable for almost a week. When again I contacted the office they gave the number of Mr. Ali, when I spoke to him He says he is not the concerned person and told to contact the office again. When I contacted the office they gave the number of Mr. Brahmarayappa, when I contacted this person he says he is not the concerned person and again to contact the office. This chain link process is being repeated for almost one and half month but to no result. Will the Concered authorities have some courtesy towards the clients and solve their problems. My personal opinion is that they are selling Duplicate items in the market for which they are not able to give any receipt.</description>

My name is Maj Gen Vinod Anand.   I wish to inform you that the total lack of professionalism and commitment with which the project of laying the gas pipe line is being laid in Sector 23 at NOIDA and an absolute lack of coordination between the various agencies involved will inevitably lead to serious avoidable accidents and loss of life.                  <description>To   The General Manager  Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.  ECE House,  Bara Khamba Road,  Nr.Statesman House,  Connaught Place,  New Delhi   Sub: Inability to book refill from Sona Enterprises Gas agency  Dear Sir, This to inform you about the very unsatisfactory service of the gas agency named Sona Enterprises based at A-72/2, Masoodpur, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.  For the past 5 years this agency has yet not provided ample facility for booking a refill. Even after making the booking via internet, SMS, IVRS,etc. Sona Enterprises does not have any of these facilities in place for convenient booking. They never pisk up their landline phones when we try to book through the landline. They book refills only for their preferred customers ignoring all other calls. All its customers are extremely unhappy with the conduct of this enterprise. Even if after taking enormous pain we do succeed in booking a refill, the gas is received after 20 days or more. Many of them also have registered their complaints earlier as you might be knowing.  It is my request to you as a humble customer and on behalf of all tne suffering customers of Sona Enterpises, to kindly look into the matter and take immediate and strict action necessary for undoing this injustice  Yours Sincerely Jaya Pushpa Rajan Mehrauli</description>

When contacted on phone, the agency gives evasive reply. The Indane Gas Company should do the needful.</description>

                 <description>Sri Sirdi Gas Agency in Vanasthalipuram had handed over their dealership to Sri Srinivasa gas agency in Hasthinapuram some six months back. Since last six months the Indane gas agency in Hasthinapuram (Sri Srinivasa Gas Agency) is not trying to resolve the problems of the consumers neither in attending the phone bookings nor in the delivery of cylinders. Earlier we were getting cylinder within six days from the date of booking. Now it takes more than 15 days. Atleast they should deliver the cylinder to the consumers having only one cylinder in time. Further booking facility has become a nightmare as they insist the consumer to come in person for the booking. It is highly difficult for the working class.
