I have recharged my mobile no 8876746553, on 21st Feb, for Rs 111, payment is made through ngpay from my SBI bank ac.
The amount is debited immediately, but the recharge is not made till now after a span of 24 hours.
I urge the concerned authority to take immediate step on the matter.

I had applied for MNP on 29th Jan, 2012 and the same has been processed on 9th Feb, 2012. I am able to do all outgoing calls and messages but I am not receiving any incoming calls and messages from customers having Vodafone network. |

Hello sir .....whenever i use gprs m being charged more dan the usual rate of 10p/10kb ......this is very annoying...last time i was charged rs 18 for a data session of 2mb ....nd numerour times before that too ...pls look into the matter as m a student and cannot keep on recharging everyday! |
