proper solution
we have taken washing of videocon on 31 july 2010, in which,still it is in warranty,period.
now, after six months using, its each and every part of the machine has change by the companys tchnician, though it is not working properly.

non attendance of complaint despite validity of AMC
we have an auto washing machine of whirlpool. we had AMC from 31.12.2010 to 30.12.2011. we have register complain to customer care centre vide DL-0711020814 date 20.7.11. They are not attending the complaint despite our repeated reminders. They have very poor after sale servise in the past too.
