Poor services
Made the complaint few weeks back.
My complaint Number is 494151
Customer code- 1519737
Never listens to the complaint soon and after looking into the problem the engineers don't turn up to put the parts.Replace the defected one.

poor response from the customer care
first complaint no 479677 and the second complaint no 482108 .. when the machine is on the run it is giving shocks ..... poor response from customer care ....the service agents come without tools and have always stupid reasons with them ....... please give the head office number of godrej.............. |
