                 <description>I mailed Eureka Forbes customer care at 11.37 am on 21st March. By 13:16pm I got a mail from their personnel asking for my phone number and address. I was quite impressed, but my smile had been short lived. It is 8.42am on 24th March and no one from Eureka Forbes has called or mailed. So more than 3days have elapsed without any action!!! And all this when I have a service contract with them...On second thoughts probably that is why they are not bothered to resolve my issue!!! What a shame Eureka Forbes!!!</description>

Road, Bangalore - 560 009.  Dear Sir, Sub: Purchase of Water Heater – from M/s. Sonye Tek Marketing – Free Gift – Regarding.							-o0o-  I have purchased one Water Heater from their Field Executive Mr. D Kumar on 12/12/2010 vide their advance receipt no. 544 dated 12/12/2010 (Copy Enclosed). At the time of receiving the advance from me he told if you purchase today, then there is a company’s Free Gift like Mixer, Chapatti Maker, Cooker, Emergency Light etc., So we decided to purchase the water heater and as a free gift we selected for Mixer and we gave cash as 1240/- and the balance amount shall be paid     at the time of erecting of the water heater, after a week or 10 days gone and we requested him to bring the water heater along with our free gift. But sorry to note he had sent his people along with the water heater and started erecting the same in my house, when they completed the erection they demanded Rs. 2000.00 from me I asked my husband and he had talk with his Office Manager Mr. Umesh, and then informed me to give only Rs. 1500.00 and balance Rs. 500/- at the time of receiving the Free Gift. Since Last 45 days I had simultaneously had talk with Mr. Umesh he too repeatedly informed that he will send the same this week. But we didn’t receive the Free Gift.  Finally, I decided to approach the Dispute Redressal Forum, Bangalore Urban District Consumer, Cauvery Bhavan, Bangalore. .and pray the “Honorable Justice” to get me the justice from M/s. Sonye Tek Marketing, No. C 60, Opp. Kanteerva Studio, Kanteerva Studio Main Road, Bangalore – 560 022 to get my free gift, otherwise get my money back.                  <description>"Never Worked properly"  I baught a gas Geyzer in November 2010 with 2 year warranty of bajaj appliances from A-1 Trading company Near Siebel Cinema badarpur.  Since the day I Bought this Junk,It never worked properly, The Customer Service Rep has visited my house minimum 10 times in these months since purchase, but it never works more than a couple of days.   I told them to replace it but they refused to do so and they say they will keep coming and repairing it but won't replace it and will get Rid of the service once the Warranty is over.  Great Job Bajaj..We trust in Indian companies That's why We get these Smash hits..All people never Purchase any bajaj appliances.                  <description>The LPG Geyser had been purchased from Nice TV service centre RaniBagh Delhi 110034,and installed in the bath room.The seller and installer never guided us about defects and precautions of use of same. On 21st Jan, my niece went for bath and got suffocated. She was noticed after about 30 minutes and observed unconsious. The bathroom door was broke open and she was immediately rushed to hospital, where she was in ICU for 2 days. She has survived, the the damage to brain is yet be ascertained.</description>

The technology used does not properly burn the gas and release CO instead of CO2.. The CO abundance in small bathroom leads to deadly CO poisoning. As per me, the gas geysers should be banned considering the risks and environment issues associated.</description>

                 <description> This is regarding a poor service that i am facing with Crompton Greaves.We purchased a Geyser from Ashoka Dealer Sec-16 on 5/1/2007 bill No.1306.Last year the tank was leaking,I lodged a complaint regarding the same problem on your toll free no and they gave me complaint , the guy came fixed it and next day again it leaked.This year i logged many complaints as 0911005222 ,1011013661 and  1011031748.The guy came and said that company is not providing him sufficient resources.May i please know whats the use of this geyser if like last year it wont be used in the winter season. How I am supposed to recommend to any of your products if myself having so much of problem with this product.Could any one please action on it asap.  Thanks</description>

                 <description>I Raman Sharma purchased a Luminious Gas Geyser on dated 29.01.2010 with warrenty of 12 months from Narayani Enterprises, Ofiice : 9935, St. No. 9, Joshi Nagar, Haibowal Kalan, Ludhiana vide bill no. 81 dated29.01.2010.The detail of geyser is as LUM14-VX6(6ltr) Sr No. F3 B08588 42 08. the warrenty of the same is still pending. the above said gas geyser was taken by the dealer for repair on dated 26.11.2010 but the present position of the gas geyser is not repaired by the dealer inspite of our multiple visits. Now I requested to the Luminous company to take the action against the above said dealer and pl. give the gas geyser in running position or new with immediatly effect otherwise i will go to consumer Court.</description>

Consequently, I am losing faith on the company and will not recommend to my relatives and friends to purchase bajaj elictrical appliances anymore.</description>
