I have booked my gas cylinder on 24-03-2011,today the date is 09-04-2011 still now not delivered cylinder.The Cylinder has loos weight and without seal of cylinder,the delivery man says the every gas cylinder has loss of weight and without seal cylinder, that is our to receve that cylinder.
