                 <title>Short Receipt of Indane Gas Refill</title>

                 <description>Dear Sir,  I am a Indane Domestic Gas User registered with Saheed Major Sudhir singh Chinkara Indane Gas Service ,DLF,sahibabad my connection no.is 1927, Today on Dt. 12-02-12 I had received a Refilled Gas cylinder against refill voucher no. 1947 dt.08-02-12 through the above said firm by the delivery boy named satish. The cylinder was delivered to my wife in my absence, when I return back to my home &amp; checked the weight of the cylinder it feel that the weight was not up to the mark,to confirm my doubt I have done its weight in weighing scale &amp; I was surprised after seeing the result, The weight comes approx. 26 Kg. including the empty cylinder weight. actual declared weight by indane was 30.2 Kg.(16+14.2 Kg).  It is the clear case of cheating approx 4 Kgs of LPG was short supplied by the above said firm.  Its really a fraud with the innocence users,being a aware consumer I had checked but it should not repeat with anyone in future &amp; an enquiry should done against my complaint &amp; they should compensate me.  Please do the needful  Thanks &amp; Regards  Deepak Belwal  </description>

                 <description>I bought a weightlossing product worth Rs.1440 including postal charge on27 th september 2010. but I had no change in myweight. I informed then within no time. I contact them many time through the phone. all the time they told me their exicutive would contact me. after one month I called them. the exicutive wanted the original receipt for refunding the price. I believed them and sent them the same. but there is no response. After two weaks I called them the replied they would send the amount within 45 days. after 45 days I tlephone them. they repeated the answer. after two weeks, one week etc. I realised that they cheated me cunningly. they got the original reciept also. I had in my hand the VP letter cover and the courier reciept.</description>

                 <title>Defective products twice &amp; not refunding money</title>

                 <description>Hi,  I would like to inform you that Telebrands India Pvt Ltd thane misguiding me again &amp; again. I ordered Butterfly abbs (Weight loss product) around one &amp; half month back &amp; after waiting almost 15 days i received my product but when i opened my parcel the product was defective &amp; there wasn't any booklet inside. I had called them &amp; informed then one of the CRE told us to return back the defective product &amp; said they will provide me new product. i did the same but after that no one was responding to me. I called them so many times but all the time they said they have not received their product yet, despite of sending them the proof through mail. All the CRE's Nancy, Swapnali, Reena, Vani &amp; sushil misguided me &amp; had given me different information. I told them to connect any superior but they denied it.They said Mr. Sterlin has not come at office &amp; sometimes told he is in meeting but did not connect my call even a single time.After all the hard work &amp; exercises they finally agreed that they have recieved the defective product &amp; Ms. Vani told me this time they will provide good product with all the necessary things including booklet but can you believe it they did the same mistake. They resend me the same defective product to me again &amp; infact they did not bother to check any thing in it before sending &amp; return back the same defective product. Afterwards i called them &amp; Ms. Swapnali apologies to me &amp; told me yesterday (.07.4.11) to return back the money but suddenly she called me today (08.04.11)&amp; said she can return 1999 rs. &amp; not 2440 rs (which includes product price &amp; courier charges).  They have misguided me so much &amp; made my life miserable. Since around 1.5 months i am frustrated. Imagine if they did this to me so it might happen they might have misguided other customers as well.  Please take serious action against them &amp; ask them to provide back my money ie 2440.  My product order no is: 1879896  I am trying to attach the conversation mail which i had with Telebrands but i am nt able to do it as some error is coming but if you want i can mail to you.                  <description> I Ankush Oberoi purchased a Treadmill (TORQUE X-44)from Joggers Park sec-18 Noida outlet 2 yrs back,15 days back it stopped working and to rectify the problem we called up Joggers park cust care and they assisted us with the service centre number which was in Moti nagar,After speaking to the service centre people they told us that there service Engg. would be visiting us after his visit we were told that there was a fuse problem in the machine and the part has to be taken to the service centre Therefore we agreed to that but when the Engg. came back after installing the part the machine started for which we were charged 3500 Rs therafter half hr the machine again stopped working by that time the Engg had already left.But when we again complained about this to the service center people theEngg visited again and told us that the motor has got damaged but he himself was very confused when we spoke to the head of the Service Centre Ms.Monika about the problem and we told her send a Sr.Engg who can rectify the problem she just ignored us and started behaving rudely to us and Since then the service centre people are not answering our calls.So,its my humble request kindly look into the matter and revert back ASAP.    09971599924/09811400933. </description>
