very bad services
dear sir, we had purchased a water dispenser (bill no. 2563 dt. 22/4/11) from Barnala marketing agencies, Ludhiana but after few days its body started bending from one side. we also complained barnala mktg few times but of no use. however after few more days it stopped cooling and we complained at your helpline no. (complaint no. 11MY 2503419 dt. 24/05/11) . your engineer told us to send the unit at thier Dugri office for repair. Please also note that they didn't even issued us any receipt/work order for the same. Now it has been more than 14 days and they have not solved our problem. you are requested to kindly refund our money or change this unit as we are not at all satisfied with the product & service of your company.thanking you |
