for refunding whole amount which I spent for the product.
I bought a weightlossing product worth Rs.1440 including postal charge on27 th september 2010. but I had no change in myweight. I informed then within no time. I contact them many time through the phone. all the time they told me their exicutive would contact me. after one month I called them. the exicutive wanted the original receipt for refunding the price. I believed them and sent them the same. but there is no response. After two weaks I called them the replied they would send the amount within 45 days. after 45 days I tlephone them. they repeated the answer. after two weeks, one week etc. I realised that they cheated me cunningly. they got the original reciept also. I had in my hand the VP letter cover and the courier reciept. |
