hello, it is seen in guwahati that footpath r using for car parking at in front of ganapati plaza/baskin robbin,g.s.road by guwahati trafic police.is it un lawful,where as no proper footpath in this JAMcity,also we seen in guwahati that every bus stoppage r locate where d garbage r stored n lots of smelling is there ,nobody can cross there ,but people who wants to go by bus has to tollerate that smell n creats lots of other problem also . |
