My Technician Dhanajay parsanly visited to customer. He found problem in wall part and there in found small hole lekeged. customer want replacement. so kindly sugest.

Your technician visited yesterday at 5.00 p.m. and said that it is not possible to supply parts from your side and you should purchase from dealer and repair the same. If I want to purchase from your dealer I dont want to purchase your brand. It is your duty to replace the defective parts from your side. With reference to my request registration on 15th Jul 2010 and call to your vileparle office your techniciwith an came on Friday and promise to came on Saturday 17th with parts but till today nobody will turned up for the same. If this type of service I get I will change my service to hindware to others. Today your parle office promised to came today at 2 p.m. Please confirm the same and oblige. Thanx
