Wrong swiping of my debit card
on 12th nov we had a dinner at resturant in bangalore.
while paying the bill I gave my icici debit card to settle the amount.But instead of swiping rs. 2578.00 they swiped rs. 25,780.00. But after realizing their mistake they made a vide of the transaction and once again swiped rs. 2578.00. But soon after inquiring about the first transcation the hotel authorities told me that the amount has not been taken by them it is there in my icici bank as suspense account. after registering the complaint with the bank authority I am yet to get response from them. I once again request you to respond immediatly about creiditing the amount into my account.
