Non delivert of Order
I placed the Order no 900070681 with HS-18 on 25.07.2010. Further vide Complain no 60113567 on 05.08.2010 I informed that the order is not delivered till now. Even after 10 days the complain is not resolved and I have not received my order for which I have already made the payment by mcheck. HS 18 customer care is only prolonging the matter by informing every time that the complaint is being processed. onl

I placed the order no905901027,on dated13/9/2011.my cheque had cleared on 24/9/2011,and company confirmed it that they had got the amount and order will delivered within 4-5 days but till today 21/10/2011 i am waiting for the order.what i have to do now?
