i have a criminal case runnig against me in vashi court in belapur and i stay in bangalore imy date was on 22 feb 2011 and i was present that day and they never called my name and simply put absent and issued a warrant against me and in the after noon i had a n meeting with that clerk he said i will put presentand he handed over charge sheet coipy that day, the police official who has investigated the case has given a one sided report where in he has shown the withdrawals i have drawn from my partnership firm in navi mumbai and he has never shown any transfers made by meto the company this he has done because he has asked for bribe which was very high and the same i was unable to pay . after that one more date was given on 31 st march 2001 for me to present and i was present on 30 th march 2011in the court along with my lawyer and we found that my name is not there in the list and on 31st i found my name in the list to my surprise on 30 th march 2011i was put absent and case was postponed to 12 th may2011 my opponent is a local from navimmbai and iam from bangalore iam unable yo understand what is going on really every time i have to spend around 10000 rs to go and come back iam from a poor family and iam unable to keep on spending money un necessarly like this i have lost around 13 lakhs in the whole business over and above this so much of mental torture will any body advice me what to doin the above matter |
