engine ceased
my maruti suzuki zen estilo vxi car AP 37 AY 8599 suddenly stopped on the night of 22-6-2011 when I was proceeding on a bad road. When it was towed to Reddy & Reddy show room at Vatluru, Eluru suburb in West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, the mechanics informed that the engine ceased. They obtained a insurance claim form from me and on my interaction the insurance people escaped their liability. The company people are silent over the warranty. It has a defective mechanism of inferior quality of air filter vulnerable to hit by stones during travel according to the road conditions in India especially in AP. I seek replacement of half engine by the company duly covering the warranty. |
