inder mohan sharma are making 4th floor at d-80,shakarpur delhi-110092 ,widout any roof right as he is not a owner of whole building,is it legal to make 4th floor at unauthorised colony?apart of dis any major accident may happen as base of building is not so strong |

Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that an illegal / unauthorized construction is going on the Terrace of JB 15A, Gupta Colony, Khirki Extn. Malviya Nagar New Delhi.
As per the ruling of Hon Supreme court not to construct above 1 5M. You are requested to please implement the ruling and stop the construction immediately. Our entire area is less wit CCTV, footage of 8 & 9th Oct 2012, timing 3-5 PM will confirm that the construction material was taken in the house and on the Terrace.
