I have purchased a Mini silai machine from Naaptol against my order 2114573 dated 23.7.2011. Both the needles supplied by them along with the machine were broken and I tried locally to buy it, but could not get the same. I took up the matter with Naaptol customer care but they said they do not supply needles. Without the needles the machine is a waste and when I told them that I have no other alternative, but to take up the matter legally, they asked by to go ahead. They are irresponsible and cheating the public.
