R.V.S.S. PRASAD, ADVOCATE/CUSTOMER,
SIR,
I have obtained new connection recently i.e. on 24-12-2011 and I got bill on 08/01/2012 as follows:
Reliance Net connect Rental:24-12-2011 to 26-12-2011 -- 91.94,
Reliance Net connect Rental:27-12-2011 to 08-01-2012 -- 209.68, along with other charges total bill: Rs.311.33. My grievance is that I took connection on 24-12-2011 and they did not say advance amount and I have been charging just for 15 days Rs.311.33. How can it be?
As they did not mention/provide any mail services to raise temporary withhold my services I forward the same request through you for immediate withhold of my connection. Kind attention please.
