unecessary balance deduction
Sir/Madam
I have a Reliance GSM . From the date 7/3/11(6.19 AM) I had receive a massage from Reliance that My subscription to CRBT service has been renewed,and also cut off Rs30/- from my balance and really also I had not subscribe in past. I receive a massage that I have been subscribe caller tune but really I didn't do this .I have already tried to contact customer care (*333,9827098270) many times but they do not want refund my money. I recharged money with 100 rs to date 13th feb, it deducted unnecessary from my balance. It had happen to many time with me.
Now I want refund money in my mobile which are cut off unnecessary without my permission and close all services which are activated in my mobile except 1ps SMS.
I want to claim to Reliance that how can they activate services and cut money without my permission.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible
