receiving booked products in damaged conditions
sir,
we have booked one blanket ,wall clock painting and god statue from jaipur rtdc store vide order no 4629 dated 12.12 .2010 and after full payment we received them from the courier but found the wall clock and the wall paintng to be damaged.the glas of wall clock and the clock itself is broken.the frame of the wall painting too is broken.
(so we request the rtdc to replace thema nd send new and good ones to us immediately and take the damaged ones )we were excited abt the products but we landed in just mental harassment.so we request the rtdc to act fast and repalce our products as soon as possible. |
