Dear Sir,
I am saving account holder in State Bank of India, Hero Nagar, Giaspura, Ludhina.
I have been regular going to Bank from May 2011 for Internet transaction password. But Mr. Puri (Bank officer) has not spare time for this. He told me that "if you should loan then welcome otherwise I have no time. Here apply only my rule". I have also complaint with Branch Manager for this purpose but he has not given any possitive reply. His behaviour is rough.
I request you please help me.
