money not transfered & over drawn
On 28th November, 2011 at about 5.20 PM for my air ticket booking of Bhubaneswar to New Delhi through makemytrip.com, amount of Rs 26378 has been debited from my SBI debit card no. 4591510002085541 (VISA) twice totaling 2 x 26378 = 52756. SMS message of the transaction has been received on my mobile no. 9437254968.
Complain
1 ) Amount debited twice
2 ) Makemytrip ticket has not been received
Prayer
Since ticket has not been issued by makemytrip. The whole amount of Rs 52,756 be reversed to my account.
Please confirm.
