maine aug2010 me evita mattress purchase kiya lekin after 2-3 months ke bad ek mattress me shrink ana shuru ho gaya. maine company complain karne ke bad company ka representative(amit balyen) akar ccif form on dt-28/07/2011 ko mattress badalne ke liye de kar gaya lekin abhi tak nahi badala gaya hai . bar- bar retailer(ansari furnishing,haldwani) kahta hai ki company se jaise hi mattress ayega tabhi hum denge.further kya hoga ,kya mughe consumer court me jane parega. |
