Sosasta and Richfeel Trichology fooling customers
I bought a deal from sosasta for Richfeel Trichology,where they were offering some service, but they made me wait nearly 3 hours and finally couldn't give their service reason was the deal from sosata was not quite profitable for them compared to their regular rich customer. I was not the only customer made to sit but another low budget customer was also complaining the same.
date of purchase of the deal 25/06/2011
it was for hair rejuvenation therapy.
The doctor discriminating on basis of money savitha Khaitan
Neither sosasta nor Richfeel is willing to refund the money.

I also went their Richfeel Clinic in Jayanagar in 3rd block. I spent 35000 bucks for non surgical treatment and within one year, i lost almost all hairs grown by that treatment. Then I approached them and asked for repair of that, initally they said they will reapit it for free and then they charged for that also. I agree with Rakesh that it is complete waste of time and money. First of all, those guys dont know whats is customer service. In spite of shelling out good money from customer's pocket, they hardly give good service and their behaviour is also very rude. They have doctors also but they are there for sellig their products and nothing else. Those doctors dont have any knowledge.
I suggest everybody not to go there atleast for hair loss | |
