a month ago, a client from ilkley, leeds ordered some fast food products like cardboard packaging and polystyrene cups for her fish and chips shop
she believes to be iranian and doesn't speak english at all, she ordered the items from our online website
when she received the products, and reported to our company that the packaging is damaged, however before any delivery is sent the items are checked carefully and is also sealed with fragile stickers. she had made a false complaint just to get a refund.
she had chosen to pay on delivery and she tried to abuse the delivery man so she doesn't pay for the items.
