I have purchased one sofa set last year 15/07/2010 from Ms. Urban Comforts Forniture in HomeExhibition in Chennai Trade centre , Nanadam Bakkam chennai. I made full payment Rs. 12000/-. I am making second time complaint in core (complaint No.12417 2-2011). And Urban comforts owner (Mr.Junaid /M. Derrick) is missing and his shop also not there which was given by Ms.Punita since last year. this events was orginised By Mr. Riaz(09880193224)and Ms.Punita(09886894436).I spoke To Both of them but they are just avoiding me.I asked them without any security money or confirmation how anyone will allow to put a stall in such big events.Please help me in this regard.
