Service problem
Dear Team,
I put a complain for re instalisation on date 18th Sept to videocon Custmer care (Dipak Kumar), AS per his comment i have charged Rs.200/- for reinstalision and my referance no/request no-5674753. No response till next day so onces again i cont to videocon coustmercare for re instalation, as per there comment your request expaired/canceled then I put a complain for re instalition again this time the instalition amount rises to Rs.300/- from Rs.200/-.again a referance no given-55790791.
I cant understand why amount increse and still now why my instalition not complited.
If it will continue with me i finaly want to stop the service and want to refund of my recharge amount 377 in cash.
