service not done by videocon
Respective Sir,
I have purchase Videocon Refrigerator before 2and half year, model no-D245X,still is in warranty. I have complaint so many times in Videocon customer care dated 24-05-11,26-05-11,07-06-11 and 09-06-11,but my problem remain continue. And the Videocon service is totally unsatisfactory. Please do something my refrigerator is not cooling well and its being sound every time.
