I had received a phone call from a service provider regarding a free 15 days trial for Games on Demand. But that 15 days were charged and today even after 3-4 months I am receiving a Rs. 200/- charge for the same even though i have unsubscribed from the service long back. Today I am not even able to Login to that Games On Demand account of mine (proves my account doesn't exist any longer) but the charges for the same are still appearing in my monthly bills. Someone kindly look into the matter.
i have contacted the local BSNL office and they say it's not operated from their office and they directed me to another office of BSNL. When I went there they said this isn't the place from where your billings are generated and so nothing can be done from here, saying this they re-directed me to the office from where I had been directed previously. No solution has yet been taken in this matter. Since June 2010

iam a housewife residing in ludhiana.last month i recieved a call from bsnl telling me to subscribe to games on demand and that it was free. but i have nevr visited that site nor is it of use to me.i tried to call the numbere they have given to unsubscribe but, that number is not answered . this month i have got a bill of rs 200 for the games that i have never played..so kindly help me in this regard..bsnl is cheating us by forcibly thursting upon us the games we dont want and not allowing us to unsubscribe.my telephone no is 01612563384

I have repeatedly told you to unsubsribe the games on demand, but you have not mind to do the same. Because of this, I am forced to surrender my land line and broadband connections. I am very much ashamed of your lethargic attitude. For the past two months I am paying my phone bill additionally on games on demand without using it. Please also make my bill adjusted for the previous two months.
