Shoes make noise
I purchased a pair of woodland shoe from the Woodland showroom located at Shivranjani cross road, Ahmedabad spending Rs. 2300/-. The shoes make a lot of noise while I walk on the marble floor. I took the shoes to the outlet and they informed me that they never encountered this type of complaint. Moreover, if there is any noise, it will go away within a month or so. It was already more than a month when I approached the outlet and I informed that to them. The person in the woodland outlet talked to his boss and wrote down my name, mobile number and promised me to come back to me. It's more than six months now. They never came back to me!!
woodland does not care about their customers. I will never purchase woodland shoes again.
