dearsir , yatra booking no.7039430 six months have gone,and they have not refunded mine amount of cancelled ticket,now u have tried to contact their coustumer care they are giving me different excuses,so plsease look into mine matter seriously for refunding the amount,otherwise i would have to go to consumer court against you.
